Mission of the Florida BioFuels Association, Inc.
The Florida BioFuels Association, Inc. (FBFA) is an association of private and public sector professionals dedicated to increasing the demand, distribution infrastructure, and capacity for locally produced and distributed ethanol, biodiesel and other agriculturally and waste derived fuels, and to serve as an educational resource for the development of a sustainable biofuels sector in Florida.
The Florida Biofuels Association, Inc. serves as a clearinghouse and repository for businesses and government agencies looking for information regarding:
- Alternative fuel market development
- Alternative fuel services and products
- Alternative fuel emerging technologies
- Energy related regulations/legislation
- Trade journals and associations
- Technical reports
Florida Biofuels Association, Inc. develops educational training programs related to biodiesel and other agriculturally and waste derived fuels.
Florida Biofuels Association, Inc. coordinates with other environmental organizations, municipal and state agencies and acts as a liaison with industry development efforts in the alternative fuels arena.
